In Act I of Romeo and Juliet, Romeo and his cousin, Benvolio, have quite a lot to say about love, especially since he is “in love” with two different women in this single act-- Rosaline to start and then Juliet by scene five. Juliet also has her own perspective on love, prompted by her surprise betrothal to County Paris!
