Mathematics Instructional Associates
Mathematics Instructional Associates (IA) are Math Department Faculty that can help students with tutoring, study materials and test preparation. IA's also facilitate MATH Launch (MATX-0101) classes. Mathematics Instructional Associates are available virtually and in person at some campuses per the schedule below.
Math instructional associates are available virtually for drop in hours and appointments. Some IA's are available for in person drop in hours and appointments at the Cypress Creek, Hays, Riverside and South Austin Campuses.
All IA's are available to assist with all of the following classes: Any NCBM or MATD course, MATH 1314, 1332, 1324, 1414, Math Launch
Some IA's are available to assist with MATH 1350, 1351 and 1342. See the word document below for more information.
