The Math Express Entry Team Instructional Associates (MEET IAs) are Math Department Faculty that can help ACC students with tutoring, study materials and test preparation for free! MEET IAs also facilitate MATH Launch (MATX-0101) classes. MEET IAs are available virtually and in person at some campuses per the schedule below.

Getting started is easy—just choose a team member and click the link on the Google doc to join open hours or reserve an appointment.
Services:
Open Tutoring Hours: Drop in anytime during scheduled hours for unlimited help.
Appointments: Book a session to get focused, one-on-one support.
Please utilize your ACC email when making appointments.
If you are going to miss your appointment, please delete the appointment from your own google calendar and choose to send the notification to the appointment holder.
All MEET IAs are available to assist with all of the following classes: Any NCBM or MATD course, MATH 1314, 1332, 1324, 1414, Math Launch
Some are available to assist with MATH 1350, 1351 and 1342.
For all other courses, click here to schedule an appointment to connect with an ACC learning lab tutor.
Some MEET IAs are available for in person drop in hours and appointments at the Round Rock and South Austin Campuses in the Fall and Spring semesters.
The schedules in the Google Doc are updated regularly, so please be sure to check back here before attempting to drop into open hours.
View the word document at the bottom of this page to see MEET-IA availability during the Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 intersession dates which are December 15th - 19th and January 2nd, 5th - 9th, and 12th - 16th.
The MEET-IA schedule for Spring 2026 will be available Friday, January 16th.
The Math Express Entry Team will not be available during ACC employee holidays as listed below.
ACC Employee Holidays: December 22nd - January 1st, January 19th, March 16th - 22nd, April 5th, May 25, June 19th, July 3rd & 4th
