In most cases, the scientific calculator with two-line display or multiview display, pictured above, is the best value. Both allow you to enter a long expression with multiple operators and see the whole expression before evaluating. The multiview display allows you to enter expressions exactly as they are pictured, without having to add parentheses to clarify order of operations.
Students are not required to own a graphing calculator for any of our courses. Instructors will provide free access to a graphing calculator in some way if it is required for any course work.
