- Finished working on the article about Nature rights
- Looked at the other op-eds on our "Harvest Box of Shame" handout to see how other people share their opinion
- Learned about how to research current issues online and find valuable information that will help with our op ed piece next week

- briefly reviewed logos
- reintroduced pathos
- watched an animal shelter advertisement for pathos
- Read an OP-Ed by Laura Bush on Family Separation at the U.S. Border and identified her use of pathos
- We added to our logos argument from yesterday by adding a pathos paragraph
- Power through this Wednesday :)
- Thank you for your continued support with filming for EDTPA

- Went over the rest of the rhetorical terms packet from yesterday---did the exercise on counter-argument on the back sheet
- Received handout on Ethos/ Pathos/ Logos (Rhetorical Triangle+Mythos)

- Received notes on terms in rhetoric and went over them
- Finished our argument paragraph from Friday---turned it in--here were two of the options to argue about:
- best/ most interesting animal?
- Worst problem in the world today?
