How fast is your Internet?

We have Cable Internet and we generally try to stay subscribed to the fastest plan available. The download rate is about 30 Mbps throughout most of the day, dropping to around 5-15 Mbps in the evening at peak ours.

If you plan on downloading torrents, please make sure you limit your uplink, as explained on ConsumedConsumer.

Also, we mirror most legal large downloads, such as linux distributions and / or Microsoft Windows previews; if you would like to download something like this, please email to ask us if we have it already first (we usually do and can lend you the CD or DVD to use and / or copy). Here's how to troubleshoot it.
