35-07-22 The Baseball Instructor was 42-04-21 Baseball Game. Opens with song "Who Cares". It has Billy Mills who joined the show in 1938. End says Tuesday broadcast from Hollywood. Reference to WWII and China fighting for 5 years. Correct episode has not surfaced as of yet.

35-10-28 Halloween party was 39-10-24. Wrong show opens with "Life Begins When You're In Love" (listen for Harold Peary and reference to the racehorse Seabiscuit who came to national attention in 1938, and end reference to song Ding Dong the Witch is Dead from The Wizard of Oz). Has Billy Mills who joined the show in 1938. The real 35-10-28 exists and opens with mention of "a Frantic Fiesta of Fun and Frolic". 

36-05-04 The Haircut was 39-03-21 McGee Thinks He Is Going Bald (listen for mention of vernal equinox (March 21) and Roosevelt running for 3rd term at 1:38)  The correct episode for this date begins with the song "Is It True What They Say About Dixie". It also mentions Johnson's 50th anniversary.

37-01-04 (0091) The Antique Dealer was 39-04-04 199 Antique Furniture. Has Billy Mills who joined the show in 1938. Opens with song A Shine on Your Shoes. References upcoming Easter Day. Biggest clue = Jim Jordan announces that next weeks show will be the 200th show for Johnson's Wax, and Zasu Pitts will be appearing.  The correct show opens with Ted Weems and his Orchestra playing  "Hallelujah, Things Look Rosy Now".

37-05-31 (0112) The Insurance Salesman was 39-04-18 (0201) Molly Returns - Sets up Budget". (Billy Mills appears, but did not join the program until 1938, and Marian Jordan makes her return to the show after an extended absence, but that didn't occur until April of 1939).  This episode has not surfaced as of yet.

37-06-07 The Lost Engagement Ring was 42-02-03 Lost Diamond Ring (Has Billy Mills who joined the show in 1938. Opens with song I Love Louisa. References to WWII and Groundhog's Day being yesterday.   This episode has not surfaced as of yet.

37-07-19 (or 37-07-17) Home Coming was 40-04-09 Coming Home after Doing Lux Theater (listen for references to FM&M appearing on Lux Radio Theater which was on 40-04-08) They also mention that next week is 5 years on the air for Johnson's Wax. Opens with song Ooh, What You Said.  The correct episode exists and opens with The Camera Doesn't Lie.

38-05-31 (0164) McGee Runs a Quiz Program is mislabeled. It doesn't sound like a normal episode, more like a special promotional recording. They mention a B-29 which didn't exist in 1938.

38-06-07 (0165) McGee the Artist was 51-05-08 (0660) McGee, the Artist. (Marian Jordan as "Molly" appears in this episode  but she was absent from the show from November of 1937 to April 18, 1939. Harlow does a commercial for Pet Milk, which sponsored the show from 1950 to 1952).  This episode has not surfaced as of yet.

38-06-28 Introduction to Summer Replacement was 48-06-07 Fred Waring (Third Season of Summer Replacement). First song - Man on the Carousel.  This episode has not surfaced as of yet.

38-12-27 Acting Mayor McGee (20:48) was 39-01-31 Military Advisor for Army Maneuvers (30:34). Opens with "Well the government has decided to hold its winter army maneuvers and war games in Wistful Vista this year." Mention at 20:01 (and 29:32) that show is now broadcast from Hollywood (which started 39-01-31).  This episode has not surfaced as of yet.
