OBS 1 Part 5: Kosh's Resurgence.
Even though Kosh was defeated and the galaxy destroyed, Kosh still maintained a relatively powerful reserve fleet that was able to safely escape galactic destruction. Upon hearing reports of an incoming allied armada, Kosh's reserve fleet mobilizes and prepares for battle. At around this point, it was soon realized that OBS is not really a battle of power, but a battle of endurance. The reason power really doesn't matter is because everything is more powerful than everything.
Kosh's 2nd Vorlon Death Star Battle Group descends upon an allied star system and opens fire. There were no survivors.
The allied forces mobilize their ships and prepare to launch one final assault on Kosh, hoping to destroy him for good. Allied intelligence reported that Kosh could not continue to keep up with the pace of the war and it would only take one final assault to bring him down. The amount of picture spamming to get to this point was exhausting. All factions in the war were now tired beyond belief. This was especially hard on Kosh; as the only member of his alliance posting pictures, he was the target of all-allied attacks. In order to end this war, the allied forces prepared to picture-spam him to death. This was it. This was where the war would end.
