Minor changes to IPATypist and IPATypistMini

I don't know how many people even tried IPATypist, but I made minor changes to IPATypist.

- In key mapping, you can just click a button to assign IPA characters to keys (previously you had to copy/paste).

- In addition to Option + key to type assigned characters, Shift or None (without any modifier key) to type assigned characters.

IPATypistMini is an experimental application that is included in the same disk image with IPATypist. If you use MSWord or Apple's Pages, you can use this new application to directly type on your working document. You can see what it does on this page.
