CasualTagger documentation

I finally updated documentation of CasualTagger. Since I last updated it, I have made so many changes to suit my own needs.

The current version is still beta and I might change a lot more (including eliminating some existing features).

I also fixed some minor bugs I found when I was working on the documentation. The current version is 0.8.1.
