CasualTextractor

I created a new page for the CasualTextractor PDF mode. I added a lot of new features while ago, but haven't had time to document them. Also I fixed a few minor bugs which I found while I was documenting the new features. If you are using CasualTextractor, please check CasualTextractor - PDF page.
