CasualConc 2.1.1 (20190518) bag fixes

This build includes a few bug fixes. If you do not need TreeTagger installer and use the English interface, you do not need this update.

TreeTagger Installer

• • Due to the changes on the TreeTagger site, the installer was not working

SQLite Database-related changes

• • CasualConc uses SQLite database in the database mode and with some other features. The changes are made to reflect the changes in the SQLite library. The previous build includes the older library, so this only affects this new build.

Network Analysis (only with the Japanese interface)

• • when the shape of the nodes is changed, the app crashed.
