CasualConc beta bug fixes

I fixed a few more bugs of CasualConc beta mostly on Word Count. I also made a few changes to some functions.

General

- now you can search/make lists only with specified sections of texts

- e-lemma file (a lemma list file created by Prof. Yasumasa Someya) is included in the disk image

- you can export csv/tab-delimited formatted results in plain text (.txt)

Concord

- bug fixes on the tag search mode

Word Count

- bug fixed on the tag list creation

- bug fixed on the Specified string search mode

- search on the table function is improved
