Another set of bug fixes on CasualConc 2.0

I got a bug report and I also found a few other bugs, so I fixed them

Concord

• • When Tagged Text (_TAG) option is ON but Suppress tags option is OFF, Concord results were not displayed correctly.

R Script

• • On R Result/Script window, when Script tab is selected, Run Script button was not displayed.
