CasualConc 3 beta release
After a couple of years of working on new features, I finally released CasualConc 3 beta. This version has several new features along with updated user interface. This version of CasualConc requires macOS 11.1 (Big Sur) or later.
New Features:
Grammar search using dependency grammar tags by Stanford CoreNLP: You need to install Java 8 and Stanford CoreNLP separately on your own (not difficult).
Basic XML file handling feature: This is an attempt to search XML files quick and easy (dirty) way. This assumes not so complicated XML structure.
Updated database mode: You can now add POS information using TreeTagger or MeCab (for Japanese). You need to have them on your Mac.
Additional Keyness statistics (Word Count) and vocabulary diversity measures (File Info): LL and Chi2 keyness now has p-values
Updated user interface: Dropped drawers (which prevented fully going into dark mode) and replaced them with split views. Also adjusted layouts for latest macOS.
