2018 年 8 月，毅宇未來教育基金會與國立政治大學合作，啟動「MGI 蒙特梭利全球影響力計畫」（Montessori for Global Impact Program, MGI） ，由政大教育系鄭同僚老師擔任計畫主持人，設置「 TMEC 臺灣蒙特梭利教育基地」（後簡稱 TMEC），致力於蒙特梭利教育實踐的推廣。內容包含三大主主軸-學術研究發展、教師培訓及成立實驗教育機構。期待藉此落實蒙特梭利教育精神，並與亞洲文化與社會脈絡結合，發展融入臺灣體制教學的可行方式，推動可負擔並普及的優質教育為目標。

Taiwan Montessori Education Center (TMEC) is founded by "Y2 Foundation for Future Education" and National Chengchi University.   As part of Y2’s Montessori for Global Impact (MGI) initiative since 2018, TMEC is focused on the practical aspect of implementing Montessori education. MGI functions under the three pillars ofpedagogical research and development, professional teachers’ training, and lab school. With Taiwanese cultural conceptualization and social progress at heart, it aims to explore education methods to better prepare children for the future.
