Applicants who have not previously worked at WV State Government agencies under the Division of Personnel's (DOP) merit system must complete their application in NEOGOV to be placed on the register. Once on the register, their application will be reviewed and ranked according to the DOP Merit System. When this process is complete, the agency will receive their register and may begin their selection interview process.
