Yoga for athletes will teach you specific exercises/movements that help strengthen, stretch, and prevent injuries in athletes. These exercises are key to help keep up with the demands athletes put on their bodies. These exercises and movements are designed to help all athletes, no matter what port they are involved in. Athletes will increase their strength , balance, flexibility focus, and concentration. Approval required from Coach Hall.
Pre-requisite: Dance 1 or 1-2 years of outside dance training (i.e. creative, ballet, ballroom, jazz, etc.)
