Our eighth performance task is to create an infographic of the second quarter of a subject with no specific grade level. We are allowed to choose on our own as long as our infographics cover the whole second quarter of a subject. It was challenging, but it was fun to make.
For my infographic, I chose Grade 3 English 2nd Quarter, where it tackled be-verbs, distinguishing facts from opinions, and other topics. At first, I was confused if I'd be making for only one learning competency, but upon asking others, the coverage of the infographics should cover all the competencies for the whole second quarter and I know I will very much once again enjoy being challenged with tasks this difficult. I was able to create one through Canva, inputting the topics and their examples and visual illustrations since my target audience in my infographics is children. However, with a lot of topics to cover, the letters are small and may not be readable from the back. But the illustrations could help the children to make a conclusion about what the topic is all about.
In conclusion, a lot of considerations was placed to complete my infographics, the color, the font, and even the illustrations if they are child-friendly, and I was happy to be able to finish this task ahead of time and had a fun and challenging time doing it.
