In connection with our instructional material, we are tasked to create a write-up detailing the mechanics of our instructional material, its cost, and the contributions of each member in the making of our v1 and v2 of the IM. Each one of us had to put our contributions and I volunteered to compile everyone’s input.

 I felt happy and proud to take on the responsibility of compiling our contributions. However, I was also a bit saddened to see that many of my members underreported other contributions they have made, so I added their unlisted contributions. The task was easy and went on smoothly as everyone helped to complete the write-up. The direction of the task was also clear, and we were given plenty of time to complete it. 

From this experience, I have learned the importance of communication and cooperation in a group, because without it, we may have never completed our write-up. To enhance myself in my future tasks, I will foster a more open environment for discussion and hold check-ins to ensure all contributions and credits are recorded and given to the right person.
