October '23

For our October '23 publication, we wanted to pick a theme that reflected the month. And, after an admittedly short deliberation, we settled on mental health awareness. October is mental health awareness month, and with the chaos in the world right now, the Journalism Club felt it was a great time to focus on mental health. While not all the articles overtly focus on this theme, they focus on happiness, helping others, preparation for the future, and the effect of events on the psyche, and all of these fall under mental health. As you read our articles, we ask you to reflect on your own mental health experience and set-aside some time to relax from the craziness of day to day life.

Sincerely,

The Journalism Club
