We have been reading "The Three Billy Goats Gruff" many many times. It is one of our favorites. We then were presented with a problem...the Billy Goats decided to build another bridge so they can avoid the Troll. Groups of three then had to build a bridge that could hold the 3 Billy Goats. We tested them with weights. 3 of the 5 bridges were successful. Afterwards the groups were given a chance to rebuild their bridges to make them stronger and better.
