This handbook serves as an outline of policies and procedures established to ensure a safe school atmosphere that supports excellence in teaching and learning. Guidelines, regulations, and directives from the district take precedence over any items in this handbook. While every effort has been made to compile a complete and encompassing electronic handbook, it cannot address all situations and does provide general guidance in many areas. This handbook is shared electronically so that changes/edits may be made during the year as appropriate.

We welcome you to the 2025-2026 school year at Stantonsburg Elementary School. At SES, we are committed to REACH for the Stars by building strong RELATIONSHIPS with our students, making sure that EVERY MINUTE COUNTS, being ALL-IN all of the time, making CONNECTIONS WITH OUR COMMUNITY, and keeping HIGH EXPECTATIONS. We ask that you partner with us to ensure that every child REACHes their full potential.
The Stantonsburg Elementary School Parent/Student handbook has been created to help you and your child gain the greatest benefit possible from your Stantonsburg Elementary experience. If you have any questions about any policies or procedures, please reach out to your child’s teacher or contact the front office, and we will be happy to assist you.
