Dear Parents and Carers,

Just a little reminder that Year R will be visiting Longdown Activity Farm tomorrow (Thursday 5th March 2026).

Please ensure your child brings a backpack containing a packed lunch (if not pre-ordered), a water bottle and a small snack.

Although the weather looks good, a lightweight waterproof coat and wellies are still required. Wellies will be sent home today. You may also wish to pack a sun hat in your child’s bag.

If your child suffers from travel sickness, please inform a member of the Year R team so that we can seat them at the front of the coach.

Once you have read these policies please visit your Arbor account and you will see some outstanding consents at the top of the home page in the Notices section. Please consent to these policies to confirm you have read and understood them.

You may also see some other outstanding consents including for the use of images as these have recently been reworded. Please also consent or decline the use of images, if you haven't already done this to ensure we have your preferences recorded on Arbor.

If you have more than one child in school please visit each of their Arbor records to ensure the permissions for each child are up to date.
