Dear Families

We have an opportunity for the Year R children to have their class photo taken on Monday next week for the local paper, The News. Before this happens it is important we know if your child has your permission to have their image used in external media. Please could you login to your Arbor account and take a moment to update your permissions. They will appear in the 'Notices' section at the top of the home page of Arbor when you login.

Please could you do this even if you have already done it recently as we have updated the permissions to make it simpler and they have changed slightly. There may also be other permissions there which require your attention if they have not already been done.

While in Arbor please could you also visit your child's profile page (by clicking on their photo) and scroll down to Student details. Please could you complete the Language section and then add any extra contact details in the Family, Guardians & Contacts section and any other medical or dietary information.
