Growing learners today, for tomorrow's world: our vision
Welcome to Wicor Primary
Wicor is a vibrant school where learning is at the heart of everything we do. We create inspiring experiences to motivate and engage every child, encouraging children to be nosy, curiosity and to ask lots of questions; inquisitive minds drive great learning.
Our children are Guardians of Planet Earth. We achieve this through hands-on environmental projects, outdoor learning and a curriculum that fosters sustainability, responsibility and care for the natural world.
Learning can be challenging, so we empower children with the attitudes and habits to tackle new and difficult tasks. They learn to be independent thinkers whilst understanding that learning can be a social activity too; working with classmates and peers across the school is a valuable part of their school life. We set high aspirations for every child, and our daily hope is simple: that they leave each day, excited to return tomorrow.
