If taking cash from a patient, it is up to you to either carry change or only take the exact amount from a client. WelcomeNewborn does not provide cash to stay in the hospital as change.
If you take cash, you must deposit it in WelcomeNewborns bank (Chase or Wells Fargo) within 72 hours.
You may also deposit the money into YOUR personal bank account AND Zelle WelcomeNewborn the amount (This is only applicable if your bank takes cash deposits and works with Zelle. Do not deposit the cash into your bank if your bank does not support Zelle).
Reminder - it is up to YOUR discretion if you want to take cash.
Note- The customer cannot Zelle us. The Zelle is for you, as the photographer, only.
You will only see the Cash button at checkout if it is a order that DOES NOT have Joy. If it is a package that contains Joy, you will follow the process on THIS PAGE (Giftcard route)
You can not 100% use cash on a package that contains Joy. You have to have a debit/credit card attached.
DO NOT use your personal card to place the order for a package that contains Joy. The Joy renewal would then come off of your card.

You can find the Zelle and Bank Deposit information in the Slack Channel, #deposits (If you cannot find it, contact your RM)
If you take cash, please post your transaction receipt in the #deposits channel on Slack. (This is either your Zelle confirmation or a picture of the bank slip)
