Payment Info

The Dashboard accepts multiple payment types: 

Cash

Credit/Debit Card

Amazon Pay

Apple Pay

Google Pay

Giftcards- (used as a payment supplement)

I know we now have a ton of different payment methods but- ideally, we will try to get card first. Cash second. As a last effort, Google, Amazon and Apple pay due to the cumbersome process in which we collect this payment. 

JOY packages HAVE to have a credit or debit card attached. Do not ever use your personal card for this, as the Joy subscription will come off of whatever card is used. 

Below is the process to follow for each: 

Cash- See this PAGE. 

Checks- we do not take checks 

Credit/Debit Card- This is pretty standard, and works just like a normal checkout page. 

• NOTE- triple-check the billing address on the card BEFORE you run it. If the card declines due to an incorrect billing address you CANNOT run that card again for 24 hours as the customer's bank will block the charge as fraud.

Apple/Google Pay- Apple is only visible on Safari browser. If the parent wants to purchase via these methods, you will need to log into gallery.welcomenewborn.com on THEIR device and login with YOUR credentials to access the photographer site. The in hospital prices are only available via the photographer site. Do not save your password to their phone, and remember to LOG OUT. Leaving your account logged in is not only a HIPAA violation but a company security violation as well and can result in immediate termination. 

Gift cards- If the parent is wanting to use cash AND they are purchasing a package that has JOY subscription, you need to purchase a gift card closest to their total amount. A debit/credit card HAS to be used for the remaining balance. 

Payment 'Hacks'

• The system will accept Cash App cards

• You can do 'Show Digital Card Number' on iPhone Wallet

• Payment Plans:

  • We can take Affirm/After Pay card numbers (the parent is responsible for setting up the payment plan on their side)

• Parents can Venmo us the money and we can process as a cash sale. This works if they do not have their cards with them. This works as long as it is an order WITHOUT Joy.
