A great new place to eat has just opened in Franklin called Olluco Bistro. With a variety of food options and great customer service, Olluco Bistro is the perfect place to go for whatever you might be craving.
Owned by my stepfather, Brian Morales, Olluco Bistro is a real family business. I had the opportunity to talk to Chef Brian about some of his inspiration behind starting the bistro. Learning to cook by watching his mother and grandmother, his family inspired him to open his own restaurant. “I wanted to make sure that I would be able to take care of my family. I knew it would be hard work but it would pay off.” So far, his biggest achievement since opening Olluco Bistro is achieving more family time, and I can speak for the whole family when I say that we love running the bistro.
