Oh, the Places You'll Go!

Tis' the stressful season for all seniors applying to colleges and waiting for acceptance letters! During the months of October, November, and even December, seniors are feverishly filling out college applications only to sit back and anxiously wait for responses. While it feels like an overly drawn out period of torment, in the end, relief sets in as seniors celebrate their achievements.  The Valley Voice would like to highlight some of our seniors and their acceptance information. 

Brady Bonser- applied to Rowan University, Seton Hall, Rutgers University, Clemson University, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, Duke University, and Princeton University. As of right, now he has been accepted into Rowan, Seton Hall, Clemson, and Virginia Tech. His top school is Duke!

Emily Beck- applied to Lehigh University, Providence College, SUNY at Albany, Towson University, University of Maryland, Rhode Island College, Ramapo College, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and Rowan University.  She has been accepted into Rowan, Fairleigh Dickinson, Towson, SUNY at Albany, and Providence. Emily is still waiting to hear back from the rest of her schools. Her top school is Lehigh or Providence! 

Delight Oti- applied to Rutgers University, Penn State, Stony Brook University, and Montclair State University. To date, he has been accepted into Stony Brook and Montclair.  

Kayleigh Newsome- applied to Clark University, Colby College, Connecticut College, Dartmouth College, Eastern University, Franklin & Marshall College, Sacred Heart University, Seton Hall University, and SUNY at Binghamton. So far, she has been accepted into Clark University, Eastern University, Seton Hall, and SUNY at Binghamton. 

Nick Gibson- applied to Stockton University, Shippensburg University, Bloomsbury University, Ridgewater State University, and University of New Haven. He has been accepted into all universities and his top school is Stockton! 

Sarina Sanders- applied to Bryant University, High Point University, Clemson University, UNC Wilmington, and Sacred Heart. So far, she has been accepted into Bryant University and High Point University. Her top school is Bryant University!

Ryan McCallum- applied to the United States Air Force Academy, Embry-riddle Aeronautical University, and Sussex County Community College (SCCC). He is waiting on acceptance statuses and his top school is the Air Force Academy!

Skylar Tomlin- applied to Montclair State University, Ithaca College, Oakland University, Otterbein University, Balwin Wallace University, Ballstate University, Marymount Manhattan College, and the Institute of American Musical theatre (IAMT). She has been accepted into Oakland and Marymount so far. Her top school is IAMT as she still awaits a decision.
