Here's the pop up page/screen that the customers can see when they visit our website and also what the email looks like.
For customers who reach out saying that they did not receive an email with a discount code but they were able to enter their email address and phone number. Follow the handling below.
L1/L2 Handling:
Ask probing questions to get details about the customer's concern.
Tell the customer to check the spam or junk folder if they did not receive the discount code.
If the customer did not receive the code, Offer to send a draft order with 10%.
