Check FC and make sure cx is properly registered - if not, assist customer with registration and explain what happened
Educate cx on FC, if they are registeres and make sure that they understand how the autoshipment works
Check open tickets so we can provide an update (if there are any) - "I can see that you reached out to our customer service regarding (insert concern) and it looks like this is still in progress, (insert what were waiting for/working on) I will monitor this as well and will step in if needed"
Check warranty and assist cx if not yet registered
