Guidelines for Tracking:
Returns:
Start tracking when a return label is issued. You may add the RL tracking number on the Notes column
Filter for cases needing follow-up.
Update the status to the New Order Number or Refunded once resolved.
Replacements Only:
Begin tracking when a new order is created.
UPS Lost/Damaged Claims:
Track after a refund or replacement order has been processed.
