Use this document when you need to manually register the customer to Recharge a.k.a B2C Filter Club
Shopify > Apps > Recharge Subscriptions > Customer
WHEN TO MANUALLY REGISTER FILTER CLUB?
Standard Procedure is to provide the online subscription link to the customer if they are interested with FC (Filter Club) (https://medifyair.com/pages/filterclub/)
There are times when customers are unable to register from their end. So we need to do it for them instead.
Customer getting an error message from their browser.
The customer isn’t moving forward with the registration no matter how many times they’ve refreshed their page.
The customer insists that we do it for them for any reason.
The customer is unable to follow the instructions and is now getting upset.
The customer’s firewall or virus blocker is not allowing them to continue with the registration.
HOW TO REGISTER MANUALLY TO FILTER CLUB?
Go to Shopify, on the right side, click on Apps
2. Click on Recahrge Subscriptions App from the list
3. Click on Customers on the list
4. Click on Add Customers button
5. Enter the customer's information then click Save
6. Once their information is saved, we can now be able to find their Recharge account using their email address.
7. Continue by adding the subscription / product to their account by clicking on Add Product link:
8. Choose the correct SKU
9. Complete the needed information then click Add Product
Note:
If the customer prefers to get the filters on a later date, simply change the date under Next charge before adding the product.
10. If successful, you will be directed to the customer's subscription orders page
11. Inform the customer that we will be sending them a quick link to their Filter Club dashboard in their email so they may update billing information
To get the link hover your cursor to the link icon
Select all and copy the link
12. Once customer is logged in, instruct them to update their billing information
Click on PAYMENT METHODS
Click on Add Payment Method
And will prompt them to enter their billing information
13. Once the billing information has been successfully updated, the recharge in Filter Club will kick in and a new order will be processed on the date selected on step 10.
