Process: Handling Klaviyo Tickets (L1 Only)
Klaviyo is a marketing automation platform used by eCommerce businesses for email and SMS campaigns.
It integrates with platforms like Shopify to collect customer data and send personalized messages.
Key features include targeted email campaigns, SMS marketing, customer segmentation, automation (e.g., abandoned cart emails), and performance analytics.
Klaviyo helps businesses drive sales and enhance customer engagement through tailored marketing efforts.
Login:
Access Klaviyo here: Klaviyo Login
Email and password will be shared via Slack.
One-Time Password (OTP):
OTP will be sent through Helpscout.
Enter the OTP to log in.
Responding to Tickets:
Tickets will appear in Helpscout.
Log in to Klaviyo, and search for the customer’s email or phone number.
Review the ticket details.
Respond directly in Klaviyo.
Include: “Please feel free to email us at hello@medifyair.com if you have additional questions or concerns.”
