Returning over shipment unit(s) or filter(s)

If the customer purchased the unit within 90 days, the customer will have to return the defective item. Follow the CREATING RETURN LABEL USING XPS steps to create the return label for the defective unit.
If the customer purchased the unit for more than 90 days, no need to create a return label for defective units. You may tell the customer to throw the defective unit away or they can also keep it if they choose to keep the defective unit.
The 90 day guideline is internal and not to be shared with the customers.
