L1 | Look up the order via Extensiv or San Joaquin Valley Sheet. Do the TS and check the warranty eligibility as usual, if TS doesn't work, endorse to L2support

The unit came from a program that is being run through the San Joaquin valley air district in Fresno County, California. In order for these contacts to receive a free air purifier, they would have to apply through the district link, so it should not be completely unknown to them.
