When ready to purchase or asking for quote, endorse to CSM for proper handling.
You respond to the contact (RFQ Spiel) then endorse to CSM.
For PO status look up, endorse to L2.
L2/RS: Forward to proper handlers (Lou V, Lisa C, Laura S, Jack)
add to subject line the name of the business/reseller
