Hi @channel, a reminder of the process.
ALL EMAILS TO THE WAREHOUSES WILL NOW BE HANDLED BY L2 SUPPORT.
L2 Support
Let us limit the emails we send to the warehouse.
Emails to the warehouses need to be endorsed to L2 support and the only approved emails to be sent to them directly are the following:
Generated Master Carton Labels or Manually fulfilled/label-created orders
Parts availability (example: Panels) - sensors are now out of stock, follow the MA-40UV process.
Returns confirmation (only when necessary and should notify them in advance to expect the package)
Checking if units/filters were actually returned or checking the content of the return (example: customer claims they used only 1 label to ship multiple units)
