We received concerns recently regarding brand-new MA-50 V3 units that have no power (within 30 days).
They might be from a bad batch of units.
Observation: Unit beeps and LED light flashes for a few seconds but does not respond when power button is pressed
For now, please provide the necessary TS steps.
Check if the power cord is tightly pushed into the unit.
Try plugging the unit into different outlets.
Try removing the filter and run the unit (When running the unit, the filter cover should still be installed)
