If the customer states they did not receive the package, but both Amazon and USPS websites show the package as delivered, proceed with the following steps.
Advise the customer that since USPS shows the package as delivered, we are unable to file a claim.
Recommend that the customer coordinate directly with their local postal service and file a claim them as we cannot initiate this process on our end.
No refunds or replacements should be issued at this stage.
If the customer reaches out again after contacting USPS or their local postal service, escalations will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
