All order modifications, such as Change in SKU or quantity as well as cancellations will have to match Netsuite.
For SKU or quantity change, as well as Rebuy missed SKU - please tag Gerny in the Helpscout notes so I can make the necessary changes. You may just handle and close the ticket/ conversation as usual.
