PROCESS UPDATE:
Update as of 13 JUN 2024
Customers may reach out complaining about the air on the left vent being much less strong than the right vent.
According to Gina, the airflow will blow out of the right side of the vent first. When the unit is changed to higher speeds, the airflow will start blowing out toward the left side. This design is for better airflow and less noise when on higher speed.
Example:
Air begins to blow out from the right side first on slow speed. On medium speed, the air will blow out from the right side and middle. On high speed, the air will blow out from the right, middle, and left side until the air is flowing through the whole vent.
Please note that this is not an issue, but a structure-caused airspeed difference.
The blower always has a speed difference from the right side to the left side.
