"We are totally OOS in the MA-10-B1 and no extra units in reserve. If anyone needs a replacement, you may give them a full refund."
However, please try to offer an MA-14 unit first. If the customer disagrees, then you can offer a full refund.
If the original unit is placed through our website, we can fully refund the order instead (regardless of the order date)
If the original unit is placed on a different platform, for example, Amazon 1Ps, you may send an invoice for a different unit of their choice and then we will deduct the amount that they paid for their original MA-10 unit.
You may also apply a discount already matching the amount they paid for.
Note:
Make sure that the customer is able to provide a receipt of their original unit.
And leave proper notes on the account if the customer prefers a refund.
