Knowles Avenue Fund Orders

PROCESS UPDATE:

There might be customer inquiries regarding problems with their MA-40 air purifier from the Knowles Avenue Fund. Please review the orders linked to JND Legal Administration in Shopify. Each draft order should have a master list of the customers that received the unit. You may verify their information through the master list to locate the order number assigned to them, and handle as normal. The only air purifier issued via the Knowles Avenue Fund so far is the MA-40 model.

Steps to verify the order/order details

1. Identify where the customer got the order. 

If the customer mentioned that they got it from Knowles Avenue Fund, proceed with the next steps.

2. Search JND Legal Administration in Shopify

3. Ask for the customer's name.

4. Open each order number and check the Timeline if it has the name provided by the customer.

5. From the timeline, look for the Draft Order Number and click it to view more details about the order.
