Update as of 15 FEB 2024
Effective immediately, please do not make manual orders in Extensiv.
All orders, including Amazon Replacements, Rebuy Skipped Orders, Missing Items etc, should be in Shopify.
This is because our new tool, Netsuite, does not pick up manual orders created in Extensiv.
You may just inform customers that they will be receiving a new order number for the missing item
