It appears that thousands of MA-112R-1 filters, instead of the correct MA-112ProR-1 filters, may have been sent to schools under the state programs. 

The MA-112R-1 filters, unfortunately, do not fit the MA-112Pro units due to a size mismatch. 

Schools should have received MA-112Pro units (without ionizer/UV - though Shopify/Extensiv still shows SKU MA-112-W1)

If a school representative contacts you, please confirm that their unit is an MA-112Pro, and process the return and replacement of the correct MA-112ProR-1 filters.

Please comment in this thread the Helpscout ticket link as we need to compile evidence to confirm and address this issue.
