CLR Orders

PROCESS UPDATE:

You may receive inquiries about units (MA-25, usually black) received by customers of which they aren't aware.

These units are provided by the government (similar to the San Joaquin program).

Please note that the orders are not in Shopify, but you can find them as manual orders in Extensiv.

The order number will start with CLR-xxxx. You can also locate the order number on the shipping label.

In some cases, recipients were mistakenly sent filters instead of units.

If this occurs, please send the customer a unit (MA-25 in black, white, or silver; color doesn't matter).

If the recipient is hesitant, simply advise them that they are not charged anything for the unit and that the air purifier was provided by the government as a gift.
