Clean Air Rooms Program

PROCESS UPDATE & REMINDER:

Update as of 03 JUN 2024

For customers that received Medify air units who are asking where they came from, especially for MA-25 value-packs (MA-25-W1-VP):

1. Check Extensiv if SO number can be found

2. Once SO number is available, check with @Randz for its associated PO or external order ID through NetSuite.

3. If the PO or external order ID starts with "G-XXXXX", then it came from the San Joaquin valley program. 

Like Project Hope, they provide free air purifiers to qualified applicants.

Inform them that they applied for the Clean Air Rooms Program, through the Valley Air District. Assure them that they were not charged for the units. If they ask for more information, you may provide this contact number: 559-230-5858
