We no longer have business in EU and UK markets.
We can answer product specific inquiries but the lifetime warranty will not apply for customers outside the US.
Once we are able to identify that the customer purchased their units from Amazon EU and UK, set proper expectations to the customer that we don't have business in EU and UK markets anymore. Customer can purchase knock off filters for their units.
