Unlike Amazon Canada where we already have a warehouse for replacements, Amazon Mexico would be different.

We need to ship the unit/s from either Cerritos or Tamarac.  

That said. Medify Air will incur international charges and documents as well as shipping charges. 

So let's be diligent in checking the needed information (receipts, filter purchases, etc.)

If the order is within 30 days - BAU. Refer the customer back to Amazon.

If the order is beyond 30 days - Send to L2
