Go to the Employee Self-Service https://selfservice.banner.vt.edu/
Select Tax Forms and W-4 Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate.
Select “Update” at the bottom of the certificate page.
Make the applicable changes on the Update W-4 page.
Select Certify Changes.
Go to the Employee Self-Service https://selfservice.banner.vt.edu/
Select Tax Forms and W-2 Wage and Tax Statement
Make sure to consent to having your W-2 received electronically.
Select the Tax Year and Virginia Tech.
Select Display.
At the bottom of the page is a button for a Printable W-2.
